Through connection of knowledge in the field of biomedical, social and other sciences and arts, the SYMPOSIUM 2006 will present new complementary and supportive therapeutic approaches, as well as models of interdisciplinary communication in various areas of education, prevention and protection of mental and physical health, treatment and rehabilitation.

Please remember that the first international symposium "Art and Science in Life Potential Development" was held in 1999 in Hvar, Croatia. It was the first conference of the kind in the world, which gathered experts, scientists and philosophers from various disciplines, sciences and arts, who considered a number of issues of man's life potential development in view of contemporary biopsychosocial, bioethical and holistic approaches.

On behalf of the organising and scientific commitiee it is my distinct pleasure to invite you to attend this Symposium2006 in Pula/Croatia.
