I have been mountaineering since I was little because my parents were and still are into it. But my "real" hiking experiences started in summer of 2004 when I and my brother, experienced mountaineer, spent almost whole summer on Velebit.
Since that time I have enjoyed numerous hiking trips, mostly to Velebit region, but I also visited Kamesnica, Dinara, Gorski Kotar and other mountains of Croatia, especially those near Zagreb. I especially enjoyed my visit to Slovenian Alps. The most distant mountains that I visited are Golem Korab (2754 m) on Macedonian-Albanian border and Durmitor with highest peak Bobotov kuk (2523) in north-western Montenegro.
In the moment I am a member of youth section of "HPD Vihor" .
