Holiday Apartments

The house is located in the village of Dobrec , on the slope of Mt Ucka, above a small town Lovran on the Kvarner Riviera. A 4km long road from the centre of Lovran takes you up the hill, offering stunning views of the Bay, Rijeka city and Kvarner Bay ’s islands Krk and Cres. The house is situated just 10 min driving distance from the beach and 10 min walking distance from the Učka Nature Park, next to the one of mountain paths, which takes you up to the very top of the mountain.

The House

The house is placed in a very quiet and sunny area, surrounded by the garden and chestnut woodland and has a beautiful view over the Bay. It is ideal for holidays, which combine beach and mountain hiking, exploring culture history and active sports.

The house is made up of two separate flats, on the ground floor and first floor respectively.

We have been renting for 25 years and tourists from numerous European countries stayed in our house.
