This is peace of code that enables you to place element to the side of the page that will always follow movement of the window. Requires the browser to support few properties of the new IE versions. Otherwise, the element will remain in it's original place.
If You'll be using this code, please email a link to <mailto:tsereg@net.hr> if appropriate. I would like to see how did You use it.
Take a note: this script was developed prior to IE 6. IE 6 now has special "standards-compliant mode" that is easily turned on or off (in a standards compliant manner). This script requires standards-compliant mode to be turned off. All is well explained in the guide.
Proceed to the Example first.
Then look at the User's Guide .
Finally glimpse through the Technical Specification .
If you prefer to see the source, open <slidebar.js> file.
I would appreciate very much if you would rate quality of this script!
