Important information:
  • All reservations requests through this on-line form must be made in written form through “O-Tours”, until 18th August, 2006
  • Hotel reservations are made on first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability
  • All hotel accommodation / transfers expenses must be prepaid in advance through “O-Tours” - payment deadline: 01st September, 2006
  • The proforma Invoices will be faxed or emailed for payment via bank transfer in EUR / or payment on giro account for Croatian participants in HRK
  • The credit cards will be charged on / from 01st September 2006– no refunds !
  • The credit cards will be charged in local currency Croatian Kuna (HRK)
  • Confirmations will be sent by fax or email
  • Changes and cancellations are accepted until 01st September 2006 , amendment fee is EUR 35,00
  • Cancellations will be acknowledged only if made in written notification sent to O-Tours
  • All refunds will be issued after the conference less an administration fee EUR 35,00
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 01st September 2006
  • If your fees are paid by company / sponsor, please advise the name of the company / sponsor, contact person and phone and fax numbers
  • Hotel extra bills (telephone, bar, etc.) are to be settled on departure directly to hotel
  • The participant acknowledges, by registration, that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers in the event of cancellation due to unexpected events / force major or changes to programme due to any reason
