is a service bureau that specializes in mechanical, structural, heating,
air-condition, pneumatic and electrical disciplines. We have 17 years
experience and 4 years with various cad software packages. With an
extensive 2D and 3D drafting background, We are able to document projects
from the conceptual stage to detail and construction drawings and through
end user documentation manuals.

Us goal is for my work to blend in seamlessly with the customers CAD database. The drawings that We produce match the customer's layering, naming, layout, and dimensioning standards as closely as possible. We keep in close contact with us assigned contact person. This contact can range from a phone call when questions arise, daily email updates, milestone reporting to personal meetings. We can receive and send data in a number of formats including internet transfers (with or without PGP encryption), faxes, e-mail or personal delivery. Us mechanical experience includes work in iron casting drawings, close tolerance machining drawings, assemblies and layout drawings. We provide a paper to CAD conversion that can include large final assemblies down to detail drawings for each component. We can also furnish drawings that have been reverse engineered from an existing component.
Us structural experience includes work in crane structures, ramp structure and expansion joints. We are able to provide drawings that are used in CNC work including plasma and laser cutter templates. Us heating-air conditional experience includes work in houses, motels and processing systems. We have completed calculation, us a us construction and detail drawings for family house heating and a system of brandy manufacturing. Us pneumatic and electrical work involved projects for a electrical, hydraulic and pneumatically crane. This type of work consisted of analog design along with digital equipment interfaces. Also included are some pneumatic and control circuits from recreational water parks. Electrical & Pneumatic Examples SmartDraw #1 Us primary CAD experience are with AutoCAD and ME-10 systems, We have also used Pro-Engineer and SmartDraw6 software while working as an on-site contractor. Us calculation experiences are with MD Solids and Dr.Beam Pro mechanical software, We have also used us self Excel calculation, dP, AJ IGL thermodynamic software while working heating appliances.
